21st Century School Buildings representatives and CAM Construction Company will address community concerns and present the latest on construction on the Robert Poole Building—what has happened, what is happening, and what to expect next.

Join City Schools’ 21st Century Design Office and USA Architects to see how the new Govans Elementary School is being designed. Observe the work of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape designers, and others as they plan and make decisions about how the new school building will look and function on the inside and the outside.  

Please join City Schools CEO Sonja Santelises and Commissioner Johnette Richardson for a conversation on the 21st Century School Buildings project. Learn more about the colocation of Walter P. Carter and Lois T. Murray programs and the partnership between City Schools and Recreation & Parks.

Attention Arundel, Calvin Rodwell, Carter G. Woodson, Cherry Hill, Grove Park, Lyndhurst, and Rogenl Height School Communities! You are invited to an information session on walking school buses. Please come learn about a safe method for getting your children to and from school. You'll hear from representatives of the Department of Transportation, INSPIRE, and Frederick Elementary. They will provide valuable information on how you can implement a walking school bus at your new school.

City Schools invites ALL to participate in a discussion around School & Community Relationship Buildings and Academic Planning for ACCE and Independence High Schools. CAM Company will present the latest on construction and walk participants to the perimeter of the construction site to explain progress with the school building in view.
