The modernization of Frederick Elementary School provides an incredible opportunity to create an INSPIRE plan to identify specific, implementable public improvements that affect the quality of life for students, their families, and neighborhood residents in areas such as housing, transportation, sanitation, and open space. It also offers an opportunity to create a plan to guide private investment in the area.
At this meeting the Department of Planning will present the Draft Recommendation Report, and listen to and collect community members’ feedback.
